We may collect, use and disclose your personal information for the following purposes: to register you for and communicate with you about beginners courses; to send you communications regarding membership and other activities of the Odoguma Kyudo Melbourne (OKM), the Victorian Kyudo Association (VKA), Australian Kyudo Association (AKA), All Nippon Kyudo Federation (ANKF), and International Kyudo Federation (IKYF); to answer enquires and provide you with information; to update our records and keep your details up to date; and to comply with any law, rule, regulation, lawful and binding determination, decision or direction of a regulator or in co-operation with any local, State or Federal governmental authority.

We may also disclose your personal information to: our committee members, Sensei and other members who assist in the running and operation of the Odoguma Kyudo Melbourne; Ambrose Archery and other local authorities for the purposes of COVID-19 contact tracing; and the VKA, AKA, ANKF and IKYF for membership registration, entry into competitions and gradings and other connected purposes.
